Are you ready to breakdown barriers?

My name is Carlye Parascand and I have 13 years combined experience in the field of exercise science, and train high-school and collegiate athletes, distance runners, triathletes, post-rehabilitative clients, weight management, pre-natal clients, and older active adults.

 

I am certified Personal training through ACE and have earned my Masters degree in Phys. Ed and Bachelor's in Exercise Science. I collaborate with Dr. Jennifer Penrose, DPT, OCS, MTC (www.penrosept.com) on local runners workshops and am a Washington state certificated youth soccer coach. I race 5Ks and 10Ks, Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, and play recreational soccer with my husband. In my non-training time I get to watch my two young aspiring soccer athletes (ages 5 and 3).
